NATIONAL DEAF YOUTH DAY

The Celebration of our Deaf Youth who Deserves the Spotlight

National Deaf Youth Day was developed to recognize and bring together Deaf and Hard of Hearing youth from schools for the deaf, mainstream programs, and universities.

Traditionally, we encourage any individuals, organizations, or schools to celebrate the National Deaf Youth Day on March 6th. Check out our toolkits to see how you can celebrate Deaf Youth in your area!

Get Ready for NADish: NAD’s Internet Scavenger Hunt!

📅 March 5-8, 2025

This year, we’re doing something exciting! NADish—short for NAD’s Internet Scavenger Hunt—is designed to bring Deaf youth (ages 14-18) together for a fun and interactive challenge.

🔎 What’s NADish?
Over four days, players will embark on a virtual scavenger hunt, exploring topics related to:
✅ Leadership – Discover inspiring Deaf leaders and their impact.
✅ Community Giveback – Learn how to make a difference.
✅ World & Current Events – Stay informed about what’s happening around us.
✅ Places & Culture – Explore Deaf history and cultural landmarks.

This is your chance to connect with the Deaf community, learn, and have fun while competing with friends!

Stay tuned for more details on how to participate. Are you ready for the challenge? 🚀 #NADish2025
